In Los Angeles there are over 600 medical marijuana stores. Across America there are thousands of dope salons. Why are there none in China?

i was charged with 2nd degree.. and it was my first offense. my bail was 250, and one of my friends bailed me out. my court date is in a month and i have no clue what to expect. Do I get a lawyer or do i have to hire one. I do not have any money to hire one, so what if I go without one. Also, what are my possible penalties? Should I plead guilty or non guilty? Please give me any knowledge you have about this process. And YES I will never smoke marijuana again because i do realize I will be charged with a felony is i ever get caught again. I live in lauderdale county, Alabama. and I am 18 years of age. I read on NORML.org that worst case scenario i could get charged with 2 years of jailtime and 8,000 dollars in fines as well as tax evasion because of the marijuana stamp act or something that is enacted in alabama.. tell me every as much detail as possible please.

I want to become a nurse, i’m still looking into what exact kind of nurse. I’m wondering if a nurse could be licensed to grow medical marijuana, to get paid to grow it. I’m thinking about taking a CNA class at my high school after my Medical Terminology Course ends. Does anyone know a type of nursing associated medical marijuana. Thank you

Alright i just got my card and medical license for growing.

I need to know can i combine the number of mature and seedlings from my medical supply, and the number of plants i can grow with a license. Or will i get in trouble with that.

Also they are building a school next to my old growing land and does that mean i have to move it or can I keep legally growing.

What is the maximum amount i can carry with me and what is the max amount i can have at my house and other locations i own.

Any other information on California marijuana laws would be very helpful. I have already visited NORML and it didn’t give me all the info I wanted.

Hi, im worried about something on my V. it’s like sticking out. I thought it was normal, as i have O’s and thats where i do it. I know it sounds… but i want to know if it is norml.

Strange question I know, but years back a friend of mine was growing a small marijuana plant in his house (he had a license) and the smell of the plant was just the most rich, woodsy, strong plant smell I’ve ever smelt. It filled the place with that smell and was amazing. It didn’t smell like “pot” I’d say, more like a very strong fresh and rich garden smell.

I’d love to have the smell in my place, but obviously I can’t just start growing pot. Are there any other plants that have a smell close to this? I would love to set up a place in my new house to have a small indoor garden, but I REALLY want to recreate that smell.
The apple stems seems like it might be a good idea to recreate the smell, but I did actually want a plant to grow and keep growing while providing it. Is Basil really that close to the smell? I’ve planted common herbs before and never got anything close to that smell, it almost smacked you in the face when you walked in the room.
Googling the topic has given me many responses to look into Moss Phlox, has anyone every planted this indoors?

I am not interested in this because i like to get high all the time and i want to be around weed, i am doing this because i feel like right now this is a good business to be in. I also think that it is important for people who need medical Cannabis to be able to use well grown, good quality Cannabis. Is there a way i can get a license for growing? I am hoping to be able to grow in Colorado, and make money buy selling clinics my product. Any sort of feedback would be great. Thank you.

IMPORTANT: if you dont intind to answer the question with respect dont answer at all. anyways i have a little over 2 month old indoor medical cannabis plant. although i dont have a pic il try to explain it… its about over a foot tall, it looks like a thick bush, the cannopy is really full and theres a ton of leaves comming in everywere, not including the huge fan leaves all over and the ones comming out the top, theres alot of thick stems and little full pot leaves shouting out from every node, to were you can barely even see the stem which is about almost an inch thick, but recently ive noticed that every leaf is starting to brown at the edges, its even starting on the tips of the new ones coming in. we have compleatly inspected it for any bugs. we dont use any exta nutrients. we have it in a large 5 or more gallon bucket, with miracle grow potting soil, and we water it every other day to every three days depending on how wet the soil is. the lights are about two feet above it, and when i put my hand under its barely warm, and the temp in the growroom, stays around 75 degrees f. so i dont understand whats going on. can any one help me? also we have clipped about 6 of the bottom leaves, 4 fan leaves, and 2 that were from the stems comming from the node like two weeks ago. for humitity we keep a bowl of water in the room and mist the plant every now and then. please help me figure out why the leaves are doing this! i greatly appreciate every bit of help i can get!
