if not then why do people make such a big deal out of how their pot is “medical”

They already have medical marijuana for people needing it with prescriptions. What more do they want to do and isnt it pointless? Should people be allowed to take Seroquel, Xanax and Ritaline without a prescription too? Or what??
Just like with those other substances I listed, they should only be used by a prescription with permission from a doctor.

Just like you cant just buy insulin likes its a candy.
its ALREADY legalized for people that NEED IT!

Say you live in Rhode Island where it is legal for medicinal purposes, and you go to Connecticut, where it is illegal, is it legal to have your marijuana there or only in the state where it is legal?

I often hear how most/all painkillers are more dangerous than marijuana. But marijuana also has chemical added to it that can vary greatly in content and portion since it (correct me if I’m wrong) isn’t FDA approved. Isn’t this more dangerous than a painkiller that tells you exactly what is entering your body?

Is there a conflict between state & federal law here?

(supposedly federal law is always supreme, but some interpretation uses the 10th amendment to allow state laws to be supreme.)

I moved to Bonita,California from El Paso texas and scince then i obtained my medical marijua card for my arthrites. I am aware that there are some senior citizens that smoke weed to butt i want to now if there is some sort of a club were senior citizens come and smoke.
