Ok I had an argument with someone over the legality of marijuana being used in all 50 states if you have a prescription for it. So I need to know whether it is legal or not. I told them It can only be used in the 15 some states that have legalized medical marijuana. So my question is, can you use weed in say, Indiana where its not legal, even if you have a prescription for it back in Cali?

I have bad muscle spasms in my back and was wondering if i would be able to get a prescription for medical marijuana at the age of 14 (I live in Washington State).

Since WI still has not passed legalization of marijuana for medical use?

I have been thinking about getting a prescription since I turned 18 and I have a legitimate medical reason. But I was recently busted with marijuana in my car by a sheriff. Can I still get a prescription before I even have to go to court?

medical marijuana is great for helping cancer patients, IBS, migraines, MS patients and tons of other illnesses. So how would you feel if the Federal Government would make it a 2nd class narcotic, which means, a doctor can write a prescription for you and you would either go to a pharmacy or a pot vending machine, or grow it yourself or they also put the THC in pill form. There are 12 states now that write prescriptions for medical marijuana, but the federal government still sees it as illegal.

My husband is seeking a prescription for medical marijuana. He’s been diagnosed with scoliosis and chronic back pain. He’s been seeing a chiropractor for over 3 years, which is a great temporary fix, but does not alleviate the pain. He’s not comfortable with his regular doctor (he only sees him for his work-required annual physical) and isn’t sure where he stands on the topic. Can anyone recommend a great physician in the Grand Rapids/Kentwood area, who is open to this method of treatment?

My Mother is 78 and has chronic Arthritis in her back, she is in constant and agonizing pain, so that it effects her every day life now, she can not stand or walk very long as her back causes her excruciating pain. The pain killers that have been prescripbed do not help her and only make her feel sick which causes her to feel depressed. We have heard that medical marijuana may help her pain, but do not know how to go about obtaining. Her doctors do not really care about her or her pain, this is a last resort

When i was in 8th grade we had a scoliosis check in physical education. like any other kid, i thought it was a joke and that it was just a way to skip a few mins of class. when i got to the examiner in line, she looked at my back and told me i had scoliosis. the next day i went to the doctor and indeed i did. a 15 degree C curvature to the left. now that im in highschool, i came to the epiphany that this is a double edged sword, because i realized that my condition might warrant a prescription to medical cannabis. im wondering about this, not only because i love my greens, but because my back actually does hurt sometimes, around 2 months out of the year, and my spine cracks with alarming ease. does anyone know if im eligible, and if cards can be prescribed to people like me when im 18?

I am planning to go on vacation in California this summer and I want to get a Rx for medical marijuana, can it be done?
