Ok, I’m 16, and I have Scoliosis (Curvature of the spine) And RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis). I live in Oklahoma, and smoke Marijuana illegally for pain. My father and I are moving to Las Vegas soon and are tired of taking pills.He too, smokes Marijuana for a damaged knee and arthritis. How would I go about getting a MMJ card?

Yes, I live in California.So I am looking for a job that best suits me.Don’t get me wrong I am not a pot head, I just know a lot about pot and kush and soon to have enough knowledge to open one of my dispensaries of my own.What I would like to know is the requirements in working there such as age,experience, or anything that would help me achieve my goal in working there.

i have insomnia and some of my friends who do smoke it tell me that marijuana gets you sleepy i really feel like i need it i have never smoked it but i just think i need it i’ve taken pills..etcc… but they didn’t really help all they did was give me headaches.

Should the landlord find out about my smoking, would he or the rental company have the right to evict me even though I am protected by The California State Law?

is it legal to have marijuana in the home where there are young children. or children period? if you have a license? wouldn’t that be considered child endangerment or something?

I know that it is legal on a state level in Cali but do you think they should pass a federal law that allows people to smoke marijuana for medical purposes?
