I believe Marijuana should be legalized for many reasons 1 being that it is no worse then Alcohol or tobacco, 2 that is being used today for medical purposes, 3 No one has over dosed on Marijuana, with out having other forms of health issues, correct if you say that it shouldn’t be abused neither should Alcohol, but that’s legally bought everyday. have you ever seen anyone so high of Marijuana substance in public they should be put in jail? No. Should are government waste all the money to jail these people for smoking Marijuana 735,500 was recorded in 2000 that’s allot of people. Recent studies show that Marijuana does not make you lack intelligence in fact it does the exact opposite.
Our Government should take this opportunity to tax and legalize Marijuana you know how much Marijuana is purchased a day? ALLOT. People have been smoking Marijuana for a very long time, it will never change time to stop waisting money and start making some. It just makes everything better EVERYTHING in fact i think it should be used for depression purposes as well as just making life more interesting more intellectual and bright in anyway possible. Is there Any reason why you think Marijuana should not be legalized?

I’m not a resident but am visiting soon. I’m diagnosed with ADD (which according to wikipedia is an approved condition for medical marijuana) could I get into dispensories with a doctors recommendation or do I also need a card? Are there states that give out cards to non residents with a recommendation? Could I use a Vermont card in Cali? How long does the process usually take?
