Did you write your senators/congressmen about legalizing cannabis in CA and MA?
If not, now is a great time to start. We all know about California’s AB 390, which will legalize, tax, and regulate California’s #1 cash crop. Just make sure you tell them before March 31!
But did you know that Massachusetts just introduced a legalization bill? This bill will also legalize, regulate, and tax cannabis in MA.
Visit www.norml.org to voice your support over these common sense bills.
Question about medical marijuana in maryland?
my father has been with severe sleep deprivation for months. He only sleeps for 2-3 hours a night and just looks extremely beat down all day. He is insured by Kaiser Permanente and has taken countless pills and been to a lot of medical centers to seek help.
We live in Virginia where medical marijuana is still prohibited, but kaiser has redirected his problem to a center in Maryland where its legal.
So my question is whether its possible for him to be prescribed marijuana for his condition even though he lives in virginia.
Who wants to take a survey about pot? You do!?
OK, so I’ve tried the whole survey thing before and got many negative responses because I asked people to email me their answers to ensure confidentiality. Apparently the fact that I could be a cop (which I’m not) and also the prospect of spam mail really spooks the stoner community. So, I’ve decided to take everyone’s advice and just post the questions within my question so that you’re able to respond in your answer instead of sending emails. To anyone who responds, please answer all the questions you can and I welcome explanations if you’d like to share. Thanks everyone! Hope to get a big turnout!
1. How often would you say that you smoke pot?
2. Do you use it as medicine or just to have some fun?
3. Do you smoke cigarettes? If so, did you start before or after you started smoking pot?
4. Has smoking pot ever led you to try other drugs? If so, what and why?
5. Do you drink alcohol?
6. Do you live in a medical marijuana state? If so, do you have your medical card?
7. Are you a member or supporter of marijuana reform groups like NORML?
8. How do you feel about the legalization of industrial hemp?
9. Do you read or purchase marijuana magazines, like High Times, regularly?
10. Do you feel that you’ve ever experienced bad health effects from smoking pot?
Those are all the questions! Thanks again for sharing any input you have! Tell your friends about this survey, I’m hoping to turn my results into a magazine article (no names, handles, or email addresses will be used, it will all be confindential).
Joe Rogan talks about Marijuana and DMT
Joe talks again about the history of marijauna in our country. Drugs illegal and legal. The most interesting topic he talks about is DMT (dimethyltriptomine), the most illegal psychodelic in America. If your interested in learning more about DMT and its affect on the human mind check out the book -DMT The Spirit Molecule- by Rick Strassman. You can also google ayahuasca.
